Chef Deepa Shridar is launching a series called Rasam & Cheese. A press release says it will combine “a tangy South Indian broth typically made with tamarind [rasam] with curated Cypress Grove goat cheeses.” The five courses will include complimentary pairings with RedThumb Wine, Rambler Sparkling Water, and local beers. Vegetarian options will be available for the courses as requested.
